Enter the breathtaking outdoor area of Villa W via a stunning walkway that leads to a spacious oceanfront patio. This picturesque space boasts a large dock for fishing and boating, a sunset gazebo, and a charming "boathouse" perfect for intimate dinner dates. The stone grill and the bonfire place provide the perfect setting for cozy nighttime gatherings.
The first floor of the house includes a spacious living room for relaxation and entertainment, a well-appointed kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer, two bedrooms - one queen-sized and one twin - with plush bedding and closets for storage, a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine, and a functional bathroom.
The second floor of the house features a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, a versatile loft room that can be used for various purposes like playing games, a functional bathroom, and a large balcony - a great place to relax and appreciate the panoramic views of crystal-clear waters, ivory sandbars, and extraordinary sunsets.
